The Cape

I guess we all want to be the hero as a child, even if we grown up to be the villain ...

This painting is a pin-up that I did for my good friend Zach Howard, who was kind enough to let me contribute it to the upcoming trade paperback collected version of The Cape. The last monthly issue of the mini-series is about to be released and for anyone who hasn't picked up copies of the one-shot or the first 3 issues, please check it out. It's worth it! One of the best comics I've read in a long time. It's written by Jason Ciaramella and Joe Hill, with outstanding art by Zach, along with colors by the amazing Nelson Daniel. It's an Eisner nominated comic, and this pin-up was an honor for me to do.
